Using Atomis
By accessing or using the Atomis platform, you agree to these terms. If you're using Atomis on behalf of an organisation, you're agreeing on their behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
You may use Atomis only for lawful scientific research and discovery purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@atomis.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each seat is for one named researcher. Sharing credentials between multiple individuals is not permitted under any plan.
Your data & intellectual property
You own your research data. We do not claim any rights over data you upload, results generated using your parameters, or discoveries made using the platform.

What we provide
Atomis provides AI-assisted candidate screening, prediction, and (on applicable plans) autonomous lab services. We commit to the uptime and accuracy standards described in your plan — currently 99.9% uptime on Professional and 99.99% on Enterprise.
AI predictions are tools to support scientific decision-making — not guaranteed experimental outcomes. Results should be validated according to your own scientific standards.
Payments & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
For academic and institutional plans, invoicing terms are agreed separately. Enterprise contracts are governed by a separate MSA.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms after providing written notice and a 14-day cure period where possible.
Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After that period, data is deleted from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
